Agricultural farm Debiasi is located in Rovereto, at the foot of the Bell of the war dead “Maria Dolens”, on the street that leads to the “dinosaurs footprints” and to the Military memorial.
The farm has a surface of about 4 hectares cultivated with fruit trees (apples), vineyards, little fruit and vegetables. Since 1990 all the productions have been obtained by an organic cultivation method, according to the EEC Regulation 20092/91, which means that the use of chemically synthesized products is not allowed.
Since 2003, side by side with the production activity, the farm has activated a transformation artisan workshop for the preparation and packing of quality products starting from raw materials produced by the farm itself. In a few words not only the producers produce the raw materials, but they also transform them into vegetable compotes (sauerkrauts, tomato sauce, sauces and pickled vegetables in sweet and sour) and fruit compotes .
