Guerzoni farm was born in 1975. It produces with an organic and biodynamic method, respecting the traditional recipes of Modena balsamic vinegar. The whole farm, which is located in the northern part of Modena province, has adopted the organic production method. It offers didactic activities inside the farm itself in cooperation with the Region Emilia Romagna for some of the activities. It is possible to concord a didactic projects which last one day.
