CHOCOLATE SNACKS:
We are talking about snacks made with the best quality chocolate, 100% from organic agriculture and puffed cereals (rice, spelt, kamut, millet, quinoa, cockscomb, barley) also 100% organic. They are all processed with a more than ten-year artisan experience. They are certified according with EEC regulations. The snacks are small in single doses and can be made with milk or dark chocolate.
Cereals:
Rice: it is the most traditional cereal and the first used puffed in chocolate snacks. High digestibility, universally appreciated, it is the most commercialized mix. |

Quinoa: it is a cereal that comes from central-southern America. For centuries the Aztecs considered it as a gift from the gods and it was probably considered a currency to exchange goods. |

Cockscomb: it is not very well known. Its taste is lightly sour and bitterish, its colour is dark red. It can be used to make a rosolio of morel, very appreciated by some estimators. It can be a news to taste. |

Millet: It is gaining consents for its lightness and high digestibility. Its cob with little braids produces this cereal which does not have gluten and can be eaten also by celiacs. |

Kamut: When puffed, it is very digestible and the most nutritive of the cereals. Kamut is an ancient wheat from Egypt, which had been lost for centuries. After, it has been re-discovered in some pyramids, where its seeds have been found in pots next to some mummies. Then, the seeds have been successfully planted and cultivated, re-giving life to this wonderful cereal. |

Spelt: it is the ancient variety of wheat, used for century in our areas. Maybe also for that reason, it is easily digestible and perfect for adults and children. The mix of chocolate from the New World and spelt, the wheat of the Old World, is successful. |

TORRONE (NOUGAT) WITH HONEY AND ALMONDS
This Torrone tastes as first quality honey and dried fruit cultivated according to the severe rules on organic agriculture. It has an ivory colour due to the use of honey. It is genuine, without any addition of sugar, glucose syrup, starch or other aromas. Just honey with all its Mediterranean aromas. The classical Torrone is produced with simple and few ingredients: almonds, Sardinian honey, egg's albumen, hosts. It has only 450 Kcal/100 gs., which is less than chocolate and it has also a lower percentage of fats. Mono-unsaturated fats (the “good” ones) are given by the almonds: that gives to the product a nutritional value compared with the other sweets which are full of saturated fats. Moreover, the almonds give also vitamin E, precious anti-oxidant agent. Other important elements which are given by honey are: magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc.
