 GRAPPA DI CABERNET-GRAPPA DI CHARDONNAY
These Grappas are produced from fresh marcs of Cabernet grapes coming from our farm and cultivated using organic Agricultural methods. They are separated from the must by gently squeezing, and the marcs are sent immediately for distillation. The work of expert distillers and the use of precious copper steam alembics, using a discontinuous method, creates this young Grappa, which has a crystal clear color and delicate, intense and persistent perfume with a gentle harmonious flavor. Alcoholic contents: Cabernet 45% by vol.; Chardonnay 40% by vol.

 LIQUORIZIA.
Liquorizia is a liquorice - flavoured liqueur, obtained using only the extract of a Calabrian root of the "cordara" type, which is considered the best in the world, due to its chemical and organoleptic characteristics. Liquorizia should be served in particular as an after dinner liqueur: in fact, it has excellent digestive properties, and it is also a perfect breath freshener, particularly after very spicy and full-flavoured foods. In fact Liquorizia has the universally recognised capacities of liquorice, either to help digestion and to prevent halitosis.
